Managing Courses
Once you own a course, the Manage area appears in your navigation. It's your dashboard for everything happening across your courses.
Instructor dashboard
See students, ratings, completion, and certificates at a glance — with week-over-week trends and a 30-day activity chart.
Per-course statistics
Every course has a statistics page:
- Completion rate across enrolled learners
- Hardest quiz questions — where learners get stuck
- Average-watched % per video — spot where viewers drop off
- Activity feed of recent learning events
Assignments
Managers and course owners can assign published courses:
- Search people using the Confluence user directory
- Assign with a due date
- Track each person's progress; assignees see the course pinned in an "Assigned to you" section, highlighted red when overdue
Messages inbox
Every student question across all your courses lands in one inbox, filterable to unanswered. The notification bell also alerts you to new questions, reviews, and abuse reports on your courses.
Managing all your courses
From Manage Courses you can edit any of your courses, duplicate one to a fresh draft, or delete it — deletion cleans up all related records (videos, quizzes, progress, reviews, assignments).
Instructor profile
Set your name, headline, bio, and photo once — it's attached to every new course you create and shown on its landing page.
