Peercraft End User Terms

These terms apply between Norda (support@peercraft.io) and users of the Peercraft app for Confluence Cloud.

1. License. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Peercraft within your Confluence site while it is installed and, where a paid subscription applies, while that subscription is active. Current pricing is shown on the app's Atlassian Marketplace listing; billing is handled by Atlassian.

2. Your content. Courses, lectures, uploads, and posts created in the app remain yours (or your organization's). You are responsible for having the rights to material you upload, including video and images. You grant us and our sub-processors (Cloudflare R2, OpenAI, AssemblyAI, YouTube — see the Privacy Policy) the technical permissions needed to store, stream, transcribe, and process that content solely to operate the app.

3. Third-party services. Media hosting and AI features are provided through service accounts operated by Norda — you do not need your own accounts with those providers. We may apply fair-use limits (for example on storage or AI usage) to keep the service sustainable, and will communicate material changes in release notes.

4. Acceptable use. Don't upload unlawful content, content that infringes others' rights, or malware. Abuse reports filed in the app are reviewed by the course owner and your site administrators.

5. Warranty & liability. The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

6. Data. Data handling is described in the Peercraft Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Termination. Uninstalling the app ends the license. Sections 2 (ownership), 5, and 6 survive termination.

8. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in release notes.
