Frequently asked questions

Who can see our courses and learning data?

Only people on your Confluence site. Each installation gets its own private course library stored in your site's Forge app storage, and each person's progress is private to their Atlassian account. See the Privacy Policy.

Do we need accounts with OpenAI, AssemblyAI, or Cloudflare?

No. Media hosting and AI features run through service accounts operated by Norda — nothing to sign up for, no API keys to manage.

What happens if our subscription lapses?

Peercraft degrades gracefully to read-only: browsing and watching existing content keeps working, while creating content, tracking progress, and AI features pause with a clear notice until a site admin renews. Nothing is deleted.

Can we report inappropriate content?

Yes — every lecture has Report abuse in the player's settings menu. The report goes to the course owner's notification bell, and site administrators can always uninstall or intervene.

How do we uninstall?

Site admins can uninstall Peercraft from Confluence app management at any time. Uninstalling ends the license; app data in Forge storage is removed by Atlassian's platform processes. See the End User Terms.
