User Guide

Peercraft turns a Confluence site into the team's own course platform — anyone can teach, everyone can learn, and managers can see it happening.

There are no special roles to configure. Everyone on the site can browse and take courses, and anyone can create one — whoever creates a course owns it, and the Manage area appears in their navigation automatically.

Guide sections

• Taking courses — browse the library, watch lectures, take notes, ask questions, and track your progress.
• Creating courses — the four-step wizard, lecture types, sections, captions, and long-video splitting.
• Quizzes & certificates — quizzes, automatic certificates, badges, and weekly streaks.
• Managing courses — the instructor dashboard, statistics, assignments, and the student-question inbox.
• Confluence integration — the Peercraft course macro and how the app lives inside Confluence.
• AI features — auto-captions, quiz generation, summaries, and the learning tutor.

The three audiences

• Learners — everyone on the Confluence site. Browse the course library, watch at your own pace, take quizzes, ask questions, and collect certificates and badges.
• Course creators — any employee with knowledge to share: onboarding guides, tool training, design walkthroughs, process explainers.
• Managers / team leads — assign published courses to teammates with due dates and track who has finished.
